  • The in-app card only works if the user opens the app, which is the behavior we are trying to create . it cannot be the external trigger. This was the original reason Solution 1B was deprioritized in the opportunity tree.

  • The A/B test validated the email as the trigger mechanism; an in-app card has not been tested and has a strong structural disadvantage
