Storevine’s Growth PM has a locked Campaigns PRD (built-in email/SMS re-engagement, template-only v1) and needs the same spec to reach five teams before the 2026-07-15 GA go/no-go review, each with a different decision to make. Rather than rewrite the PRD five times, the PM runs foundation-stakeholder-briefings against the PRD.
