Canonical template for the Prayer format.

[Opening Address]
  Name or title for the divine (e.g., "Lord," "Gracious God," "Father")

[Posture - choose one and sustain it]
  Petition:     "I ask... grant... help... lead..."
  Thanksgiving: "Thank you for... I am grateful for..."
  Confession:   "I have... forgive... restore..."
  Lament:       "How long... why... see my grief..."
  Praise:       "You are... worthy... holy..."

[Body]
  The honest substance of the posture, addressed to God in second person.
  Be specific: the actual need, the actual gratitude, the actual grief.

[Close]
  A brief phrase that ends the address: "Amen," "In your name," or a final
  line of praise that returns focus to the divine.
